The Nine Noble Virtues and then a few extra
I am pulling these from Essential Asatru: Walking the Path of Norse Paganism by Diana L. Paxson (this post is under construction- more will follow)

2. Truth
3. Honor
4. Troth (fidelity or loyalty)
5. Self-Rule (discipline)
6. Hospitality
7. Industriousness
8. Independence (Self-reliance)
9. Steadfastness (perseverance)
The extra Diana talks about some people adding and they are:
Equality
Friendship
Strength
Generosity
Kinship
Wisdom
And the six goals of Right:
Wisdom,
Might,
Harvest,
Firth (peace)
Love

Reading the virtues, I am seriously reminded of My Little Pony. ^_^

Good, I don't feel so silly for posting it then. ^^
Heh, I have to say, MLP has some good life lessons. They're not bad virtues, by any means, and could be a starting point to a child's introduction to social and religious ethics.

These are my basic rules of living:
The Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth
Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.
When in another's lair, show them respect or else do not go there.
If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat them cruelly and without mercy.
Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
Do not take that which does not belong to you, unless it is a burden to the other person and they cry out to be relieved.
Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.
Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.
Do not harm little children.
Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food.
When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, destroy him
Also, I do not subscribe to the Wiccan Rede. I subscribe to the law it was before it was adapted by Wiccans.
Thelemic Law:
Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.

Right now I have only one rule:
Don't color your hair with color which dye your towels too, every time you wash the hair, for two weeks, especially if you (have) had only white towels in the house.

And if you don't have a headboard you might as well make a rule about keeping your newly dyed hair from touching the wall, lol! Mine is pink from the red hair dye I used months ago.

hahaha! no, I meant part of the wall paint is pinkish because of my red hair dye. and I don't have a headboard. actually it was more of a burgundy color.

In Wayne's World it's "
Party on Garth."
and "
Party on Wayne."
Party on, dudes is something Abe Lincoln says in the movie. I assume he's copying Bill and Ted. lol

I'm not really a huge fan of the NNV. They were invented specifically to be a "
Ten Commandments"
for heathens, and I just don't like the whole idea.

Because of constant questions about what kind of positive example Loki could possibly set for his Lokean worshippers, I’d like to leave you with a list of nine “Lokean virtues” that I’ve compiled. Whether or not Heathens need the 9 Noble Virtues at all is highly debatable, and this list is admittedly something I’ve pulled out of my own ass. You may or may not resonate with this list, so take what you like as guidelines if you need them. Feel free to ignore the rest:
1. Truth: Be real. Be true to yourself as much as you are to others. Don’t apologize for who you are.
2. Humor: Learn to find the humor in all things, especially in yourself. This is how we learn not to be self-righteous assholes.
3. Humility: If you need to tie your balls to a goat to get shit done, suck it up buttercup.
4. Cunning: Try to think outside the box. Don’t make a mess so big that you can’t think your way out of it.
5. Transformation: Don’t be afraid of change, because that’s how we grow. Don’t be afraid of self-examination and listen to constructive criticism.
6. Creativity: Create awesome stuff. Try new things out. If you don’t like it, blow it up and try again.
7. Accountability: You are the only one in charge of your own destiny, your own life, and your own actions. Own your shit.
8. Empathy: Try to see things from more than one perspective. Walk a mile in someone else’s shoes before you pass judgment.
9. Experimentation: A mistake is only a mistake if you do it twice. Until then, everything is an experiment
