toys and trickets for the gods

I found this neat site today, which has science toys, brain teasers, 3D puzzles, etc. Even puzzle rings!
So if you like to give playful, shifty, secretive, whatever things to represent a personal part of your devotion - check it out!

Ohh, thanks for sharing. I'm still working on building a small altar for Loki, and have been window shopping for different ideas to make it more "
homey."
I really love the different wooden puzzle boxes they have there. Definitely going to want to bookmark that for future use.

This is funny. I asked Everyone if They wanted to pick a small present for my/our daughter for Yule. I'd wrap it and give it to her from Them, but tell her it was from me, since she's too little to understand. Well, I get a catalog in the mail that has brain puzzles and learning toys for children in it. I thought, okay, maybe that's what They're wanting for her. And then you post the link to this site! Allright! I know what They want to give her for Yule! XD Thanks, Kisa!

Ha, even funnier is now noticing the typo in the subject line. ;
p That should be "
trinkets."

Anything that engages the mind is always a good thing. I think the world as a whole (or maybe it's just America) is growing stupider day by day.
I'm sure the gods would want us to expand our horizons rather than turn into sheeple.
It's vitally important that we get the younger generations engaged and learning and breaking gender stereotypes.

YES. I've tried to make sure that my kid retains her uniqueness and give-no-fucks attitude about herself. But she comes home from kindergarten now saying things like "
what if someone laughs at me?"
Or she'll not want to do or wear something she loves because some kid at school said "
it's for boys."
No, it's for anyone. If you like it, it's for you.

I once bought a puzzle game in metal for Loki, which I put on the altar. Then I couldn't resist and solved it, with the help of a Youtube video (I have no patience with puzzle games). I tried to put it back together, but I couldn't, so it was "
broken"
. LOL
