Does He take a humanoid form like Fenrir does?
How do you connect with Him? My previous spiritual experience has associated snakes/serpents with females instead of males. I don't really know what to associate with Him, except maybe the Ouroboros.
Actually, I have a tendency to think of Oriental dragons, since they are more long and sinuous, as opposed to Fafnir which I think of as more European dragon-like.

I have seen Jormungand in three forms: a huge sea serpent, a man resembling His father but with black hair (Loki is usually blonde to orange/red), and as a reptile man. The last form was interesting.
I know some say that Jormungand can be both male and female.

I have met Jormungand once in a dream and twice in mediation trance.

If I remember rightly Jormungand's gender and sex isn't established. They could be either.

The only way I've ever imagined Jormungand is a vague feeling or image of dark scales. Like a coiled snake. I've never had a full image in my head.
I've heard they communicate through dreams and impressions much more than other Deities/Spirits. Rather than clear words or images. I suppose everyone experiences these sorts of things differently though.

I read a fiction book that portrayed Jormy as female. But other things I read refers to Jormy as male.
(I call Him/Her Jormy because I trip over the full name every time.)
Further pondering got me thinking about a Netjeru named Nehebkau, a snake-headed man or a winged snake. Hm, now I'm thinking of Quetzalcoatl.
Well, anyway, I called Jormy "
He"
and did not sense an objection. I gifted Him a Discord figure (from My Little Pony) and told Him that I would be His friend, because I didn't think He got as much love as His siblings did. I may be wrong about this and don't mean to offend those who follow Him/Her.
I don't really feel a connection (yet) but I think Loki seems to appreciate my acceptance and attention to His family. I am gradually finding gifts for each One to add to the altar.

(slight edit 'cause I thought I sounded rude)
