I know! Lol! I always thought that part would make a great British Comedy skit. All three laying in bed, Heimdall in the center looking composed with his hands folded and resting on his chest. Looking at the ceiling. Meanwhile the man and wife look extrememly uneasy, finally the husband looks over at her and aays, "
This is really quite awkward isn't it?"

LOL. Yes, that would work well!

Hmm, guess it's back to me to form a question. Let's see....

How does Loki make Skadi laugh?

Loki had a first wife and two daughters in Jotunheim. What were their names?

In the lore Loki had only one wife: Sigyn
Angrboda was His consort.
Glut was never Loki's wife.
Loki was involved with Glut but her daughters, Ember and Ashes, or Eisa and Einmyria if you like, were not fathered by Loki.
I understand this is one of the wide spread stuff I heard is written in the Jotubok.

I guess you have to come up with new question. Smile

That is a tricky answer, but then again we are Loki's, what did I expect? LOL

What are the names of children Loki and Angrboda have?

Two pieces of driftwood found on a beach. Ask was created from ash, and Embla might have been created from elm.

My mental tongue just cramped trying to pronounce those words. So...does anyone know, are midr and fadir supposed to mean mother and father? Off topic, I know. >

Hey Poppy

Yes, Faðir is father, but mother is móðir (I believe - just going from memory here!) in Old Norse.

In the ones I listed, the first means mischief-maker, the second originator of deceit and the third wolf's father.

Hope that helps. You may wish to check out this list of kennings for Loki: http://grumpylokeanelder.tumblr.com/pos ... -names-for
